In 1992, K&R opened its business with a new technologically advanced series of delay boxes that would revolutionize drag racing electronics. As racers and engineers, we saw a need for a more sophisticated delay box. One box that could do multiple tasks; be easily set even while wearing gloves; have large “backlit” displays that could be easily read (day or night); having the ability to take two “hits” at the tree; having a safety transbrake lockout feature; and even incorporating a built-in timer that could be used for throttle stop control, nitrous, etc. It was a success, and accomplished in one devise, without the need to connect a multitude of “boxes”. Since its early debut, K&R has continued to develop and add many more beneficial features while also being able to package the unit much smaller; hence the development of the PRO-CUBE. K&R is proud to hold the U.S. Patents 5,839,419 and 5,855,196 for the Pro-Stage starting line control system, which is incorporated into every PRO-CUBE delay box.

Over the years K&R has added other quality products that compliment the serious racers’ needs.
